Guided by Grace: My Father’s Lessons on Faith, Love, and Leadership

Shawn Slusser

This week marks one year since my father’s passing. Before he left us, I had the chance to interview him and capture the wisdom he lived by—wisdom that continues to shape my own leadership principles today.

In his honor, I’ve compiled Guided by Grace: My Father’s Lessons on Faith, Love and Leadership to share the timeless values he taught me, in hopes that it might support others on their own leadership journey and help make the world a better place.

I encourage you to do something similar with a loved one—capture their insights and pass them on. It’s one of the greatest legacies we can preserve.
